Thursday, September 15
7:00 pm - 11:00 pm: Carnival - Wristbands: $15.00
Friday, September 16
8:00 am - 11:00 am: Entries will be accepted at the Medina County Fair Exhibit Hall.
  All Adult entries (with the exception of baked foods, wines and beverages, horticulture and floral) will be received.
All Youth entries (canned foods, clothing, crafts, fine arts, youth arts, floral, furniture, scrap booking, horticulture, needlework, photography, quilts) will be received. (Baked foods on Saturday)
1:00 pm: Judging begins.
Hall is NOT Open to the Public.
3:00 pm - 8:00 pm: BBQ Cook-off Check In
6:00 pm - 11:00 pm: Carnival - Wristbands: $20.00
6:30 pm: Registration for Antique Tractor Pull & Practice
8:00 pm ‒ 12:00 am: Dance featuring the band Artie V. Y Grupo Suave

8:00 am - 10:00 am: Meat Goat Check-In & Weigh-In
8:00 am - 9:30 am: The following Entries will be accepted at the Medina County Fair Exhibit Hall:

♦ Horsemanship - demonstration by Doug Schrutka of Hondo, Texas (Doug was born and raised in Charlotte, TX. He is currently the Ranch Manager of the Namgis Quarter Horse Ranch in Hondo, TX)

3:00 pm - 5:00 pm: Hospitality Dinner for all Sponsors, Bake Sale Buyers, Directors & Spouses (Pavilion)
