Friday, September 17
8:00 - 11:00 am: Entries will be accepted at the Medina County Fair Exhibit Hall.
  All Adult entries (with the exception of baked foods, wines and beverages, horticulture and floral) will be received.
All Youth entries (canned foods, clothing, crafts, fine arts, youth arts, floral, furniture, scrap booking, horticulture, needlework, photography, quilts) will be received. (Baked foods on Saturday)
1:00 pm: Judging begins.
Hall is NOT Open to the Public.
5:00 pm: Registration for Antique Tractor Pull
7:00 pm: Antique Tractor Pull Classes 2600 to 4600

Saturday, September 18
7:00 am: Goats may arrive.
8:00 am: Registration for Antique Tractor Pull
8:00 am - 10:00 am: Meat Goat Check-In & Weigh-In
8:30 am - 9:30 am: The following Entries will be accepted at the Medina County Fair Exhibit Hall:

 

Adult: Baked food, Horticulture and Floral entries received.
Youth: Baked food entries received.
9:00 am: Antique Tractor Pull Begins with Class 5100
10:00 am: Parade Begins ~ Downtown Hondo ~ Click HERE for Map.

10:45 pm: Cowboy Meeting
11:00 am: Karaoke (Stage 2)
11:00 am - 7:00 pm: Petting Zoo (Show Barn)
11:30 am - 1:00 pm: Buster Jiggs Band (Stage 1)
1:00 pm - 1:30 pm: Fire on the Mountain Cloggers (Stage 1)
1:00 pm: Ranch Rodeo
 

Steer Loading, Calf Branding, Steer Tying, Steer Necking & Stampede Race, Mutton Bustin, Yoking & Kids Scramble
After the first two events, we will have worship.

1:30 pm: FREE GAMES (children and adults) Egg Toss, Water Balloon Toss, Sack Races, Stick Horse Races, Dunking for Apples, Cow Chip Throw
1:30 pm - 3:00 pm: The Vinyl 45's Band (Stage 1)
2:00 pm: Baked Goods Sales (Exhibit Hall)

3:00 pm - 3:30 pm: Texas Cheer and Tumbling by Amber Tschirhart (Stage 1)
3:30 pm - 5:00 pm: Jack Levitt Band (Stage 1)
5:00 pm: Prize Winning Baked Goods SCHOLARSHIP AUCTION (Stage 1)

6:00 pm: Hall closes for the day.
6:00 - 7:30 pm: Charlie Lucas Band
  Hospitality Dinner for All Sponsors, Bake Sale Buyers, Directors & Spouses (Pavilion)
7:00 pm: Concert Gates Open
8:00 pm - Midnight*: Max Stalling & Roger Creagor (MAIN STAGE)
