Concessions & Exhibits

The Directors of the Medina County Fair Association are diligently making plans for the 2010 County Fair to be the best ever. We would like to invite you as an area business person to participate in this year’s fair by exhibiting your business and its products to the visitors we expect to have in attendance. If you wish to exhibit at the fair, notify us of your intentions by August 7, 2010. Appropriate printable application forms and packets are available by clicking the links below and need to be completed and returned with your check to the fair office.

Medina County Fair – Hondo, Texas
Saturday and Sunday, September 18th & 19th, 2010

All concessions must be in full operation the following hours:

Saturday, September 18th, 10 AM to 8 PM

Sunday, September 19th, 10 AM to 5 PM

SPACE PROVIDED:
bullet$  50.00, Outdoor Booth Fee – 15’ x 15’ area
bullet$100.00, Indoor Booth Fee – 10’ x 10’ area
Space will be provided on a first come, first served basis.
We reserve the right to limit booths of any specific items.

If you wish to participate in the Medina County Fair, sign print the application (link below) and return with the booth fee to us as soon as possible. Deadline is August 8th for last year's participant.
NO REFUNDS AFTER THE DEADLINE.
